Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes and records in writing.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Voiceboth Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
